Common Withdrawal Issues in Vietnam
Name Mismatch
Your broker account name is "Juan dela Cruz" but your MoMo name is "Juan D. Cruz". This causes automatic rejection.
Fix: Contact support to update your account name to match exactly.
Unverified Account
You must complete KYC (submit ID + Proof of Address) before withdrawing. No exceptions.
Fix: Upload documents immediately. Approval takes 1-3 days.
Third-Party Withdrawal Attempt
Trying to withdraw to your friend's or family member's wallet/bank account. This is prohibited by regulation.
